We want you to love your hair journey with XMONDO Hair Canada, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your expectations. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, only unused or lightly sampled items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and that the product is at least 75% full.
Contact Support
Email our Canada-based support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the RA number inside the box, then ship the package using a trackable shipping service to our Canadian warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
